okay this challenge is all about writing down our emotional feelings right
now. I wanna run this challenge quarterly - so we will have 4 pages to add into our year 2009 book.
the four emotions will include:
- how are you feeling right now?
- what's about your goals you set starting with the new year?
- are you satisfied with your situation?
- what things do you want to keep and also tell us about the things you wanna change.
this is something like a quarterly review. so you can look back and say: yes, I did it - and these are the situations I still have to work on!
don't do your page in a very moody situation. I know from my own example you will feel better tomorrow!
and don't do your page in a very happy situation. I know by myself there will be another day tomorrow.
just take a day when everything is "normal" and scrap your page!
your page should include a pic of you and some questions and answers - p.e. questions I mentioned above!
can't wait to see your page and I always will come up with a winner in my next quarterly-challenge!
have fun and be true to yourself because it might help to fullfill your goals!

I just put the finishing touches on my first quarter review and wanted to share. Here it is!
The suggestion to do quarterly reviews was a great one-- good idea gabs!
