Recipe Challenge

March 16, 2009

Hi weedsters,

Sorry I am sooooo late…but here I am,  bringing you a new challenge but first I would love to announce the winner of Kenna’s Scraplift Challenge of March 9th! We were really overwhelmed by your layouts for this challenge…thank you bunches..

The winner of the challenge is Antje (antjem1209) with her “Happy” page!

And…Kenna drew for one Random Winner (using our handy dandy RNG!) and that winner is: kelmichaels – “Me”

Congratulations girls…your GC codes will be sent (or are already sent as I am wayyyy late today)!!

Before I start my challenge I just want to point out that Petra is doing a new ‘Photo Prompt Challenge’ today..you can find it here.

Well….in a few weeks we celebrate Easter and I always give a high-tea/brunch for a group of family and friends. I always start my preparations in the weeks before Easter…bake cakes, muffins, scones and some pie….let’s trie one for today’s Recipe-challenge!

The ingredients

1. 2 papers

2. some sweets to spread between and on top of them…like glitter, dots, scattered hearts, paint splashes…

3. a border for decoration

4. 2 sunny pictures

5. 5 elements of your choice

6. 1 or 2 wordarts

7. a little journaling

Preparation

Take two papers as cake base…spread some sweets between and on top of them and use any border you like for decoration. Add two sunny pictures and garnish it with a handful of delicious elements, some wordart and a little journaling….guess that pie will be very tasty!!

For your layouts you use at least 80% W&W goodies, upload your page in our gallery and leave a link to your layout here in this thread in the forum! The challenge closes Saturday evening and the winner will be announced next monday in the blogpost!

Here is my pie…‘Crazy kids’

Can’t wait to see your pages…..have a wonderful week!
